Seven districts coffee

Writer: Thebeautythatsurroundsus_Thebeautythatsurroundsus_

Ben and I finally checked out the newly opened Seven Districts Coffee, which is on Market Rasen Road, Lincoln!! I've been having lovely feedback on my other café reviews, so I thought I would write short blog post about our visit.

It is really only accessible by driving or experienced cyclists, but we said it made it feel more special having to make the effort to go there, as it felt like an actual 'trip out'. We had a little trouble finding it, but it was on google maps which is obviously super handy. It is a converted pub, and you can definitely tell - with low ceilings and dim lighting, there was a lovely, cosy atmosphere and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. The whole place felt relaxed, yet Covid-secure, with NHS track and trace, hand sanitiser and distanced tables. Staff were wearing masks and taking orders behind a perspex screen.

We went for breakfast on a Sunday morning, and they had a range of pastries and coffees to choose from. I went for a latte and a pain-au-chocolat, whilst Ben had an americano with milk and a couple of croissants. As much as we were happy with pastries, it was a shame this was the only real option for breakfast... They were absolutely delish, and we really enjoyed our visit, but it would have been nice to have a more substantial menu!

Having said this, they did have a wide range of cakes and several paninis available, so in terms of lunch, there would have been lots more choice!

Overall..

Atmosphere: 4/5

Decor: 5/5

Food: 4/5

Drinks: 4/5

Value for money: 4/5

Covid safety: 5/5

Staff: 5/5

I would definitely recommend checking out seven districts coffee, for a lovely atmosphere and of course, delicious coffee.

Thanks guys - I thought I would keep this one short and sweet, but as always, any questions or comments are welcome!

Stay safe everybody.
